Empowered Aging

Everyone wants to age at home, but only 39% have a plan to do so.

Empowered Aging is about taking charge of the aging process and making a plan to live the life you want as you age. 

Making a plan is important for many reasons:

• Ensuring you have your preferred housing arrangement
• Understanding and planning for the financial costs of healthcare support and aging in place
• Having a plan for mental health and dementia care, if needed
• Creating common expectations for aging with your spouse and family
• Ensuring that you are the one making decisions about your care

The Empowered Aging Package includes two one-hour sessions where I walk you through creating your plan for aging. 

This package also includes identifying your needs for advocacy, facilitated communication, and systems navigation.

This plan is appropriate for people of any age, however, it's important you create your plan before you start having any advanced care needs related to aging. I recommend this package most to people in the 55–70 age range — but it's never too late to have a conversation.

The Empowered Aging Package costs $300.00 per person and $500.00 per couple. This package may be eligible for coverage under your benefits package.
